2. Where are Andfersand's Products Manufactured?Currently, we are partnering with renowned manufacturer around the world that align their operations with high quality control and ethical business practices.

What type of steel are you using to manufacture the products?Aligning with our sustainable and conscious business practices, we are only using 100 percent titanium steel or also known as the high grade stainless steel (that the plating do not rust or fade off easily), to produce our products. We only source the finest materials from the world, and currently, we are using high grade stainless steel & titanium steel for our latest collections.
4. What forms of payment are accepted in your website?We accept Credit Cards, iPay88, Direct Online Bank Transfer and Debit card payment.
5. Are Andfersand's products durable?We strongly recommend that you store the products under optimal environment (do not leave outside, inside a car, putting into washing machine, etc).
When wearing or removing, we suggest you treat it gently and with care in order to avoid damage to the products.
6. Are the products water-resistant / water-proof?Due to the fact that our products are manufactured from stainless steel, it does not easily rust. Splashes of water (Eg: during hand-washing), slight rain and humidity are totally fine, but definitely no to actions like swimming, showering or diving.
7. What if I am allergic to metal?Everyone’s skin is different and we dare not to guarantee that you will not have reaction to these components. You may want to consult your doctor first if you have allergic problem with metals.

9. Are exchange or return of products allowed?
We intend to create the best customer experience for you! Any product sold in Malaysia can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery. The product must be in unworn condition and show no signs of tear or wear. If you need to make a return, please email us and send us the unworn products along with the receipt. Kindly let us know the tracking number so that the watch is returned to our HQ without any hassles. We will refund the product’s cost or replace the jewelry based on the availability and customer’s preferences. see return policy here.
